Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Total delivery time is generally 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages KMone't Gently Used is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
