Refund policy

All items in our shop are gently used and have been carefully inspected and described to the best of our ability. Because of the nature of secondhand goods, all sales are final.

However, we want you to love what you receive. If there is an issue with your order, we offer store credit under the following conditions:

STORE CREDIT ELIGIBILITY — Store credit requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. — Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. — Items must be returned in their original packaging. — All original tags must remain attached. Removing tags from any item automatically voids eligibility for store credit — no exceptions. — Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. — Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS — Items marked as "Final Sale" — Items with tags removed — Items damaged after delivery — Items returned outside the 7-day window

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kmonetgentlyuseditems@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

HOW TO REQUEST STORE CREDIT

  1. Email kmonetgentlyuseditems@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for the request
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back
  4. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you once your request is approved
  5. Print the label or show the QR code at any USPS location
  6. Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

SHIPPING COSTS KMone't Gently Used covers all approved return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label via email. Simply print it or show the QR code at any USPS location — no cost to you.
