What does "gently used" mean? All items in our shop have been previously owned but are in great condition. Each piece is carefully inspected before listing. Any notable wear or imperfections are always disclosed in the product description.

What sizes do you carry? We carry clothing for all genders and a wide range of sizes. Use the filter on the Shop page to find your size quickly.

How do I know if an item will fit? Each product listing includes measurements where available. If you need additional measurements before purchasing, use the Contact page to send us an inquiry.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Do you accept returns? All sales are final. However we offer store credit within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Tags must remain attached. See our full Return Policy for details.

How do I request store credit? Email kmonetgentlyuseditems@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Do not remove tags. Full instructions are in our Return Policy.

Do you offer local pickup? Not at this time. We ship nationally to all 50 states.

How is the $0.50 donation handled? With every purchase, $0.50 is automatically donated to the National Domestic Violence Hotline. No action needed on your part — it happens at checkout automatically.
